In 1950, plowing a single hectare took a farmer two days with a pair of horses. Today, a modern tractor does it in an hour using satellite data from space. Commissioned by Landbrug & Fødevarer, we set out to bridge this knowledge gap - highlighting the technological evolution sweeping through Denmark's agricultural sector.
The resulting film takes viewers inside the high-tech reality of modern machinery, from automated seeding to GPS precision farming. Produced for the Åbent Landbrug initiative, the video was designed to educate the general public and serve as learning material across Danish schools. Forget basic soil and tractors - this is a data-driven, satellite-connected industry.
